Apex Collect is a product of Apex Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide automated billing outreach software for service businesses. Our contact email is support@apexcollect.io.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, and any client or contact data you import into the platform. We also collect usage data (page views, feature interactions) and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Apex Collect service, send billing outreach messages on your behalf, communicate with you about your account, improve our product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. SMS and email outreach

Apex Collect sends SMS and email messages to your clients on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have documented, lawful consent from every recipient before adding them to the platform. You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

SMS program disclosures: Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored immediately and globally — no further SMS messages will be sent to an opted-out number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and billing schedule. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 5. Data sharing

We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (including Supabase for data storage, Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic for AI features). All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also share data if required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us at support@apexcollect.io. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your information.

9. Children

Apex Collect is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
